I believe it's a Roland UK website issue. After around 10, or maybe more, refreshes those meters don't show up until Rainmeter is restarted. Image may be NSFW.

I did change the skin to your second recommendation of UpdateDivider=-1 on all children. Need to test more to see if that helped.
