Sounds like your skins folder is on OneDrive instead of your local documents folder.

I had thought about that but I disabled onedrive and double checked that the skins folder was indeed in my local documents folder. It's weird before I had to reinstall it, It was working just fine. I'm just wondering if I may have changed some setting somewhere. I am completely out of ideas.
